Zendingen en retourzendingen
Verzending van uw bestelling
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of your payment. We use PostNL or DHL as our carriers, depending on the package and your location. Shipping costs for inside the Netherlands are € 2,95. For orders of 85 euro and above the shipping costs are free! For shipments outside the Netherlands the shipping costs are higher, depending on weight and your location.
Shipping costs are including handling, packaging and postage. We don't charge extra handling fees. We advise you to order as most as possible in one order, to save on shipping costs.
Returning (a part) of the order is possible within 14 days after receiving the order, but only in unopened seal of the product. Products with opened seal can not be returned, with the exeption of damaged products, which we will exchange for the same product. If you cancel or return your order within 14 days, we will refund the total order amount, including shipping. You only pay for the return shipping of the item to our shop. If you want to return, please contact us first to get a return label.
Retour zenden van - een deel van - uw bestelling is mogelijk binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van uw bestelling, echter alleen in ongeopende seal. Reeds geopende producten kunnen niet worden geretourneerd, met uitzondering in geval van defect, waarbij we deze zullen omruilen voor een werkend exemplaar. Bij annuleren van uw bestelling krijgt u het volledige orderbedrag inclusief verzendkosten terug. Enkel de kosten voor het retour zenden vanaf thuis naar de webwinkel zijn voor eigen rekening. Mocht u een artikel willen retourneren, neem dan eerst contact met ons op voor een retourlabel.
